Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate patient appointments to ensure a smooth and organized schedule.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to optimize appointment schedules and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience and build strong relationships with our patients.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is required.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software, such as Open Dental or Dentrix, and Google Suites is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required to work effectively with dental staff and patients.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency are crucial in maintaining patient records and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
