Your guidance will not only transform the lives of students but also positively influence the patients they will serve throughout their careers.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Providing comprehensive classroom and clinical instruction in alignment with an established course syllabus, utilizing effective pedagogical strategies.
- Creating detailed lesson plans, offering student support through advising and tutoring, and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records.
- Staying updated with advancements in the field of radiologic technology.
- Engaging in faculty meetings and professional development activities, including two in-service training sessions each year.
- Participating in various college events such as faculty meetings, student activities, graduation ceremonies, open houses, and orientation sessions.
- Fostering student success by delivering high-quality instruction that ensures students meet course objectives and are well-prepared for entry-level positions in healthcare.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in radiologic technology or a closely related field, with at least two (2) years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
- At least one (1) year of teaching experience in relevant subject areas or demonstrated training in instructional methods from a recognized educational program.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
- Valid CRT permit (California certification).
- Current CPR certification.
Compensation:
Salary Range: USD $76,000 - $110,439.69 per year.
