POSITION SUMMARY:
The Provider Services Coordinator plays a vital role within the Provider Services Team at the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC). This position is tasked with ensuring that a comprehensive range of services is accessible to various types of childcare providers, including those certified by the Department of Human Services (DHS), relatives, and in-home caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate outreach and intake processes for eligible childcare providers to engage in the Child Care Works (CCW) subsidized childcare initiative.
2. Maintain precise and timely documentation of provider enrollment processes and contract finalizations, ensuring that CCW files are organized and up-to-date.
3. Collaborate with the Provider Services Manager and the Quality Team to enhance the Keystone STARS program, connecting providers with essential resources to foster best practices and quality enhancement.

Core Duties:
- Utilize state-mandated software systems (such as PELICAN) to create, evaluate, and manage provider records for the ELRC and the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).
- Act as the primary contact for a designated group of providers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Work alongside the Quality Team to link providers with Keystone STARS Quality Coaches and a variety of regional support resources.
- Establish and uphold agreements and contracts with both new and existing providers.
- Disseminate information regarding ELRC services, Keystone STARS programs, and other relevant initiatives.
- Ensure that all provider service files, both automated and manual, are complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Provider/STARS Coaches to meet performance metrics in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to contractual obligations and policy guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular data reports, plans, and proposals to management and relevant governmental bodies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about ELRC policies, available resources for families, and to foster collaboration that enhances access to services.
- Generate reports as needed and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to assist clients and colleagues in achieving their objectives in a supportive and knowledgeable manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing necessary databases, software, and technology relevant to the role, including tracking and reporting systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:
- Background in needs-based social service or benefit programs is essential.
- Preferred: Experience with the Child Care Works program.

Educational Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: An associate degree in social work, human services, administration, or a related field.
