Position Summary:
Our distinguished healthcare institutions are in search of committed professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Key Responsibilities:
For Registered Nurses (RN):
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, encompassing assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Administer medications, observe patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Coordinate and engage in patient and family education to encourage wellness and recovery.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Maintain precise and current patient records and documentation.
For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Administer medications and execute nursing interventions under the guidance of an RN.
- Monitor patient vital signs and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of nursing care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding medication administration and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
For Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
- Support patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and comforting environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient care area.
- Adhere to established protocols for infection control and safety.

Qualifications:
- RN/LPN: Valid Pennsylvania state licensure.
- CNA: Certification as a Nursing Assistant in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in a healthcare environment (preferred but not mandatory for CNAs).
- Pennsylvania State Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- CPR or BLS certification.
- PPD (2-Step Skin Test or QuantiFERON Blood Test).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
