Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
Main Responsibilities:- Promptly inform supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels.
- Provide strong customer service and support to clients.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
Responsibilities may include:
- Copy/Print Production/Copy Center: responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests, reviewing electronic files for print readiness, and performing pre-delivery quality control checks.
- Mail/Courier Services: responsible for prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick-up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of United States Postal Services mail.
- Shipping/Receiving: responsible for shipping and receiving incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products, and verifying and maintaining records of all shipments.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, have a strong focus on customer service, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, the candidate may be required to drive between multiple client locations and have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
