Work Environment:

The role is based in a collaborative setting where scientists work closely together to meet project objectives and milestones. Our focus is on developing therapeutic drug candidates for clinical evaluation while continually enhancing our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in hands-on techniques including cloning, mammalian cell culture, and aseptic methodologies.
  • Conduct cloning procedures (Gibson assembly), and perform Mini, Maxi, and Giga preps, along with DNA sequence validation.
  • Facilitate protein production through both small- and large-scale transient transfection processes.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Vi-CELL, Octet, and HPLC for protein analysis.
  • Perform protein characterization assays, including concentration measurement, endotoxin testing, SDS-PAGE, and SEC-HPLC.
  • Preferred experience in antibody purification techniques and familiarity with AKTA instruments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, ideally involving sterile conditions.
