Key Responsibilities:
  • Support case managers with financial matters
  • Document client allowances and disbursements
  • Manage client accounts within the residential program
  • Facilitate funding arrangements for clients
  • Provide financial reports to the Controller
  • Assist clients with applications for SSI, SSD, and food assistance
  • Act as a liaison with funding sources, agencies, and families
  • Address citizen concerns through the U.S. Department of Justice
  • Stay informed on SSI and SSD policies
  • Collaborate with community partners for client referrals
  • Advocate for clients during Social Security Administration hearings
  • Oversee rep payee finances with landlords and utility providers
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in human services or business administration, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience is required. Familiarity with SSI, SSD, and landlord/tenant regulations is preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders are essential.

Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary.
