We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Value Analysis Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management Department, you will be responsible for leading clinical supply chain efforts across our health system, including medical centers, ambulatory operations, community health hospitals, surgery centers, and Monticello.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Standardization Teams to decrease product use variation and costs through the development of consensus supply utilization programs and initiatives.
- Utilize Market Intelligence to gain market knowledge and access best pricing.
- Analyze Product Information and services to achieve the best value decision.
- Negotiate Pricing for products, equipment, and services.
- Identify Savings Opportunities through internal and external data analysis.
- Coordinate with User-Departments for improved cost management through Service Line Initiatives.
- Implement Supply Contracts and lead the conversion process.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Clinical Staff to identify substitute products.
- Provide Supportive Consultation and leadership to the UVAHS in procurement and use of medical products and surgical supplies.
- Develop Cross-Functional Teams to investigate and evaluate new and existing medical/surgical products.
- Develop Communication Plans and product introduction plans.
- Maintain Product Roadmaps for key suppliers.
- Act as Liaison between Supply Chain Management and medical staff.
- Assess and Validate product standardization processes and develop reporting mechanisms.
- Analyze and Communicate opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate Contract Review Process to ensure compliance and achieve best possible cost.
- Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- 5 years of leadership and project management experience.
- Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
