Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineering Advisor to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting with the generation of quantifiable requirements, establishing and coordinating development of standards and practices, and participating in design reviews to ensure requirements compliance and traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system requirements and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on system design
  • Support strategic planning and project management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management processes

Qualifications

TS/SCI W POLY required. Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, or 7 years with a Ph.D. BS in Systems Engineering or similar degree/experience required. Demonstrated systems engineering skills focused on requirements analysis and management, and risk management. Experience working across multiple technology areas and customer governance processes. Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.

Desired

Customer domain experience. Expertise in MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, Confluence.
