Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Network and Partner Marketing team in the planning and execution of engaging Drop-Off Events in collaboration with local card shops and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Network & Partner Marketing to devise and implement comprehensive strategies for Drop-Off events that align with Collectors' and PSA's goals.
  • Event Planning: Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, and the creation of detailed event timelines.
  • Marketing Integration: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure that event marketing initiatives are cohesive with overall marketing strategies, covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including card shop owners, industry partners, vendors, and the Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and provide regular updates on event performance, return on investment (ROI), and attendee feedback.

Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in trade shows and conventions. Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills with an openness to innovative approaches. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Willingness to travel for events as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and Google Docs. A genuine passion for collectibles and familiarity with the PSA and PCGS authentication and grading processes. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $54,761-$70,000, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation.
