Project Management Support

We are seeking an experienced DoD Housing Project Manager to provide project management support for a high-level initiative addressing housing needs for a growing DoD community.


About the Role
  • This is a hybrid position with occasional travel required to support onsite meetings and events, estimated at 20% of the work month.
  • You will collaborate with DoD stakeholders, local communities, and private industry partners to drive the development and execution of housing projects.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) programs, housing models, and public-private partnerships, ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and mission-critical housing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on the development and implementation of housing solutions tailored to the unique needs of the DoD community.
  • Analyze housing trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform project strategies and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address project risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in DoD housing, real estate, or related fields, with expertise in MHPI programs and housing models.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
