About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DEERS/RAPIDS Systems Operator to join our team at D2 Government Solutions. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to military personnel and their families, ensuring seamless interactions with the U.S. Navy's Identification Card Administration program.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex entitlements and allowances. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and data related to military personnel and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service as an ID Card/Common Access Card (CAC) specialist.
  • Serving as a liaison between military personnel and the U.S. Navy's Identification Card Administration program.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to military personnel and their families.
