We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become part of our dedicated team. This role requires on-site presence and is integral to our operations. POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is tasked with executing a variety of responsibilities to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role is crucial for adhering to safety standards and supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective maintenance systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute diverse tasks to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
- Provide immediate repairs for production equipment as needed and perform scheduled maintenance during downtime.
- Utilize mechanical skills, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out necessary maintenance and services.
- Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and conduct tests and adjustments.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
- Perform plumbing and carpentry maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain and update preventive maintenance logs consistently.
- Employ various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in daily tasks.
- Identify faulty operations and defective materials, reporting any unusual situations to management.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Utilize appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, following all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of company information and products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance.

- Employment is at-will, meaning it can be terminated by either party at any time.
