Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train kitchen associates to ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure timely and efficient food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
  • Participate in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve operational excellence and consistency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong work ethic, self-initiative, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
