Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deposit Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of our consumer deposit products, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategy and member needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement deposit product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deposit products meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with our business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze deposit product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to inform deposit product development and enhancements
  • Partner with risk, retail, and deposit operations teams to ensure processes, procedures, and systems are functioning as designed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or product marketing
  • Intermediate knowledge of deposit products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
