Key Responsibilities:
- Review and price deposit products and services to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze client and market data to inform pricing strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and implement pricing strategies and models.
- Communicate with Sales Officers and address pricing questions and issues from the Sales team.
- Act as an individual contributor or lead a team in developing and influencing pricing strategies and profitability.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate large datasets and build automated reporting solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
- Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on initiatives.
- Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $73,000 - $114,200 annualized.
- Discretionary incentive eligible.
