About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of deposit pricing strategies and product offerings that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a key member of the Consumer and Business Deposits Financial Product team, you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and satisfaction through the creation of innovative and competitive deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute deposit pricing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to design and launch new deposit products and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform product development and pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including business leaders, product managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a pricing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, including deposit products and services.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
