  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle performance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • At least 3 years of direct revenue cycle management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong background in utilizing large ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
