The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Director II to join our team, responsible for identifying and developing new Large Enterprise sales opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite and provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities.
What We Look For in a Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with:

  • 7+ years of industry sales experience in Technology/Telecommunications.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$102,380 in these states: OH.

$143,330 in these states: MI.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
