Overview

The Kickapoo Casino is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, preparing records and reports, and serving as a liaison between departments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office services and communication, including telephone correspondence, appointment scheduling, record preparation, and electronic correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and recommendations for administrative solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, the tribe, and the General Manager.
  • Maintain corporate documents and records, and serve as a Notary Public for the casino.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Presentation of a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Office skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
