We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Casino Office Coordinator to join our team at Kickapoo Casino Harrah. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our General Manager and other departments.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and written skills, as well as the ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity. They will also possess strong office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.

In this role, you will coordinate office services and communication, prepare records and reports, act as a liaison between departments and external partners, and perform various administrative tasks. You will also serve as Notary Public for the Casino and direct preparation and filing of corporate legal documents.

A strong understanding of tribal government and casino operations is preferred, but not required. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
