Real Estate Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our Crosstown Realtors Inc. team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet client needs
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database system
• Convert prospective clients into qualified real estate leads through continuous follow-up and communication
• Grow existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales region

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car

Compensation:

$130,000 commission-based
