Real Estate Sales Buyer's Representative

We're seeking a skilled buyer's agent to collaborate with our team of real estate professionals at Crosstown Realtors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home buying process, from initial contact to the final sale.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage documents essential for closing real estate transactions, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
- Provide clients with valuable insights into their local housing market, helping them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other activities to facilitate the home buying process.
- Negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers or listing agents to achieve the best possible results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pre-qualified leads, assessing their needs and preferences in a home.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage daily interactions with leads and clients.
- Identify new lead sources through networking, database building, and other strategies.
- Convert leads into appointments through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Attend appointments with clients to showcase properties that meet their needs and provide market insights.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to secure properties at fair prices.
- Support clients throughout the entire home buying/selling process, from start to finish.
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and changes in real estate regulations.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
- At least 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
