Enhancing customer satisfaction is crucial; you will communicate effectively regarding service engagements, resolutions, and configurations that may influence product performance. You will manage assigned accounts, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service hardware, software, and network products at client sites.
  • Diagnose and optimize system performance.
  • Advise clients on maintenance and support services.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service reports.
  • Conduct necessary servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Drive initiatives for revenue growth.
  • Input relevant information into service management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage personal business expenses.
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with the Graphic Arts industry.
  • Understanding of electro-photography and digital printing.
  • Knowledge of color theory and electro-mechanical devices.
Work Environment:
  • High availability and mission-critical account management.
  • On-call support may be necessary, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel for both short- and long-term assignments.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance.
