About the Role:

As a Nursing Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all nursing functions within the facility, including staff supervision, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, activities, and dietary, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices, new technologies, and regulatory updates.
