Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our Head and Neck Surgery team at HCA HealthONE Swedish in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our busy, employed Head and Neck surgery practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide surgical first assist in the OR and inpatient care, including hospital rounding, wound care, orders, care team coordination, and hospital discharges.
  • Participate in outpatient care, including postoperative visits, established and new patient consults, survivorship efforts, care coordination, and patient telephone encounters.
  • Collaborate with nurse navigation, education efforts with inpatient ICU and floor nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Physician Assistant degree and proper certification.
  • Colorado licensed or ability to obtain one.
  • Motivated, team player with a proactive attitude and interest in cancer care and survivorship.
