Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality enrichment programs for children, developing and coaching a team of educators, and working closely with school staff to enhance the instructional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience supervising others and working with children, with a strong understanding of child development and related fields.
  • Education: Coursework or training in child development and/or related field, with a minimum of 12 credits from a 100-level class or above.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs and meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, Proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card.
