VIOLAND
is seeking a results-driven professional to lead our organization forward. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.

The ideal candidate will learn our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients, develop relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads, and lead a small team to perform these tasks.

As you master our systems and process, you'll become an expert in training and developing team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This role offers a competitive weekly salary ($70,000-$85,000 1st year average).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).


Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
