Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Assist with pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Verify guest payment methods and follow established credit-checking procedures, maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with finger dexterity, grasping, writing, and repetitive motions.
  • Previous hotel-related experience desired, but not required.
  • Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
