What You'll Do:

As a Client Success Strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth for our clients in the Consumer Product Goods industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing annual account plans and executing strategies to drive new sales
  • Guiding development teams to ensure strong delivery is aligned with the client's goals
  • Identifying opportunities within our managed accounts and leading those opportunities to successful outcomes


You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the Consumer Product Goods industry, including knowledge of market structure, products, players, technologies, and regulatory topics. You should also have a minimum of 7 years of experience within a leading consulting firm and an MBA or equivalent. A strong executive presence is essential, and you must live within a commutable distance of the Chicago Metropolitan Area.

Slalom offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and highly subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage.
