Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate bilingual mental health therapist to join our team at Marion County. As a licensed therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and transition-age youth in the Salem and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intake mental health assessments, including screening for alcohol and drug issues.
- Document services to meet contract, administrative rule, and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, student interns, and other professionals to provide consultation, training, and orientation regarding mental health and co-occurring disorders treatment.
- Assist clients and families with accessing community supports and resources.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- State of Oregon licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, or a behavioral science field.
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills are required, with an additional 5% added to the hourly wage as compensation for this skill.
We offer a generous benefits package to regular employees working 50% or more of the regularly scheduled work week and their eligible dependents. Temporary employees and part-time regular employees working less than 50% of the regularly scheduled work week are not eligible for benefits.
Working ConditionsThis is a safety-sensitive/special needs position. Final candidates selected for this position will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for marijuana.
