MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our team as an Integrated Mental Health Therapist.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a primary care setting, providing assessments, treatment planning, and psychosocial therapy to a diverse population of patients. As an Integrated Mental Health Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a primary care team to provide comprehensive care and address the mental health needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based treatment models and interventions
- Collaborate with primary care providers to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with department standards
- Stay current on community resources and provide linkage and advocacy to patients as needed
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LSWAIC), Licensed Advanced Social Worker Associate (LAASW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) or eligibility for associate level licensure upon hire
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting
