Job Opportunity

The Excalibur Group is seeking a skilled professional to oversee site operations and provide support for DC residents at shelters throughout the district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations to ensure a safe, healthy, and structured environment for eligible migrants.
  • Collaborate with Office of Migrant Services staff to meet weekly and provide progress reports based on metrics.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and reporting to support cost recovery efforts and District reporting.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate training for staff.
  • Uphold Office of Migrant Services standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Progressive supervisory experience in temporary housing facility operations and reception services.
  • Three years of direct management experience in migrant support services.
