Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative, staffing, and reporting tasks at multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure that all eligible babies are screened appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary trainer for site staff, providing training and re-training as needed.
  2. Manage the process of moving babies with a final 'REFER' status to the appropriate stage for processing by the CCC team.
  3. Staff all sites to meet hospital obligations and program requirements, including onboarding and offboarding candidates and scheduling shift coverage.
  4. Manage and escalate employee-related issues, including time-off requests, policy and performance issues, retention management, and scheduling.
  5. Update and reconcile all stats every month, working with the Data Management team as needed to resolve questions and issues.
  6. Execute national clinical and operational programs for multiple sites.
  7. Monitor and review medical sponsor reports for timely submission and follow up as needed.
  8. Complete all necessary state and hospital reporting, serve as the primary point of contact for hospital questions and concerns, and escalate issues as necessary.
  9. Use discretion to determine the needed frequency for onsite visits and provide hearing screen coverage in situations where there is no alternative coverage available.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager.
  • Prior experience with newborns and/or in a medical setting is preferred.
