About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our Commercial Lines Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs, providing exceptional service standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Maintain accurate client information, provide day-to-day client support, and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
  • Account Management: Maintain files with proper records, follow company procedures, and ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies.
  • Insurance Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion, review quotes for gaps, and assist with inquiries from the carrier.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty License (P&C)
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Working knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business and industry
  • Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
  • Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Agency Management software, EPIC preferred, or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software
