Transactional Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Transactional Growth Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance the sales process for our federal transactions. As a key member of our Federal Strategy and Business Development Team, you will play a critical role in expanding our transactional business with federal government customers.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategies:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow transactional sales, both direct to federal government end users and indirect through the value chain.
- Identify and cultivate priority strategic channels for federal business development.
- Channel Development:
- Establish new federal-specific partners and channels to create growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement:
- Design and implement scalable processes to support growth in transactional sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably within the federal government or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and track performance.
