PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

This role entails utilizing various hand and power tools, fixtures, and work instructions to execute a series of operations for the precise assembly and disassembly of components.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to detailed assembly instructions, processes, and protocols.
  • Assemble components by verifying connections for proper fit and securing parts and subassemblies.


  • Disassemble components using hand and power tools.
  • Clean and polish components.
  • Wash components in solvent and utilize parts washer.
  • Blow out parts to eliminate solvent and debris.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe workspace in accordance with 5S methodology.
  • Ensure adherence to scheduled operations.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Power down equipment when not in use.
  • Exhibit attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic mechanics, hand tools, and machine testing procedures.
Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
