We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialists to become part of our innovative team in Kansas City, MO. If you possess 3 to 5 years of practical experience and excel in custom assembly, we would like to connect with you. Our operations revolve around specialized assembly lines, making candidates with backgrounds in automotive mechanics or custom fabrication particularly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Assemble mechanical components with accuracy and skill.
- Custom Assembly Tasks: Participate in unique assembly projects on our specialized production line.
- Tool Utilization: Employ hand and power tools to execute assembly tasks effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests on assembled components to guarantee high standards.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside a dedicated team to improve assembly processes.
- Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in mechanical assembly, electrical work, fabrication, machining, or welding.
- Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Preferred Background: Experience in automotive mechanics or custom fabrication shops is advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and an effective communicator.
- Education: Formal training is beneficial but not mandatory.
