Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key member of the Highgate Hotels team, responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of housekeeping functions in assigned sections. This role assumes all Housekeeping Manager functions in the absence of the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Room Attendant's work performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Coordinate and manage housekeeping operations to meet hotel standards.
  • Assume all Housekeeping Manager functions in the absence of the manager, including supervising staff and managing budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping standards.
