Job Summary

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular imaging. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, procedure details, and imaging results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
  • RDMS certification and BCLS certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
