We are currently looking for Seasonal Benefit Enrollment Consultants to enhance our proactive sales team. Candidates must reside in Alabama.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual meetings with clients at their workplaces or via phone to explain available benefits and assist in selecting options
  • Guide new and existing clients in choosing and purchasing voluntary and core insurance products
  • Follow up with businesses and school groups to ensure satisfaction and address basic inquiries
  • Ensure all enrollment materials are organized and ready for client presentations
Key Duties:
  • Meet production goals and participation requirements for each case
  • Deliver all enrollment data and documentation by specified deadlines
  • Provide benefit information in both group and individual settings
  • Complete all necessary enrollment paperwork
  • Prepare thoroughly for each enrollment session, including understanding the group’s benefit plan and suitable product offerings
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic, with the ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills for presenting to individuals and groups
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor with the capacity to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to travel overnight; must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Comfortable and effective in public speaking situations
  • Solid understanding of Section 125 and Flexible Spending Accounts
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Health and Life Insurance Agent license for Alabama
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, insurance, finance, or a related field
  • Equivalent military experience may also be considered
