As a Health and Benefits Lead Associate at WTW, you will play a critical role in designing, financing, and managing a wide range of health and benefit programs for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality projects, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and benefits projects, including the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability, and absence management benefits.
  • Partner with client service teams to deliver superior project management and provide proactive advice to clients on day-to-day service issues and questions.
  • Prepare for and facilitate client meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Provide benefit enrollment support, including preparing materials and presentations, verifying policy and plan information, and updating internal systems as necessary.
  • Contribute to the completion of reports and administrative actions for clients, including Form 5500 filings, policy checking and delivery, monthly reporting of client and carrier information, summary plan descriptions, and certificates.
  • Contribute to benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings, and funding strategies.
  • Engage subject matter experts to address client needs and conduct review of client deliverables to ensure alignment to client objectives, leverage of optimal WTW services and solutions, and adherence to WTW professional excellence standards.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and provide value-added analyses and summaries.
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Review work and contribute to the development of junior staff.
