Key Responsibilities- Apply radiology intelligence to patients to relieve anxieties and provide explanations of treatment
- Utilize critical thinking skills in positioning patients with restricted mobility
- Minimize radiation doses to patients and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques
- Verify physician orders for procedures and diagnoses to ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations
- Associates degree in Radiology from an accredited education program
- Valid ARRT certification
- Licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Previous customer service experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and EHR software applications
