Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in the CT Department. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality imaging modalities and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality imaging modalities using computed tomography (CT) equipment
  • Provide patient care and assessment, including contrast or radiopharmaceutical administration
  • Operate section computer and/or equipment technology
  • Provide backup supervision and direction to radiology sections as needed
  • Directly supervise students and maintain certification according to state, national, and medical center regulations
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Joint Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or regionally accredited and approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in more than one modality
  • Licensed by the State of Florida to operate ionizing and non-ionizing imaging equipment according to MQA, Joint Commission, and ALARA standards
  • Previous experience in more than one modality is required
