Call Center Leadership Position

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Call Center Leadership Position to oversee and provide strategic leadership to all customer service operations within our contact center. The successful candidate will develop and execute workforce management strategies to optimize system capabilities and strengthen efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role within a call center environment, preferably with direct responsibility for the work of 150+ FTEs. They will also have excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, as well as proven ability to use data and analytics to drive strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer the annual department budget to attain business goals with operational stability.
- Ensure staffing levels, recruiting, and training requirements are met consistently to meet expected service levels.
- Deliver executive-level presentations on performance results and change proposals to operations, products, and programs.
