Customer Service Leadership Role

Southern Coast Services is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team in Boca Raton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $62,000-$85,000/year

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center management experience and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and dispatchers, managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train staff on effective customer engagement techniques
  • Manage dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and technician allocation
  • Develop and refine call scripts to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
