Job Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Andrew Wommack Ministries. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive student enrollment and engagement through compelling campaigns and student-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost student enrollment and promote GTN initiatives.
* Research, develop, and communicate strategies for advertising and digital marketing.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials and digital content across various college and GTN platforms.
* Collaborate closely with various teams, such as Recruiting, Admissions, and Enrollment, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
* Utilize direct marketing techniques to capture leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into enrollments, focusing on the efficiency of the sales funnel.
* Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve optimal ROI and KPIs.
* Stay ahead of marketing trends and advancements, applying innovative tactics and tools to keep Charis Bible College at the forefront of educational marketing.
* Manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing services and materials.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement by incorporating customer feedback into marketing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a team.
* Proven track record of past marketing successes and project management experience.
