Customer Service Representative

You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. In addition to your customer service skills, you will need to be able to learn computer functions and work in a team environment.   • Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
