About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Director to join our team at Andrew Wommack Ministries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products and services that align with our ministry's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that ensures a high standard of excellence for all of Andrew Wommack Ministry's teachings and legacy products.
  • Lead and direct the Product Development department, including project management, product research, content creation, and updating existing products as needed.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry experts to develop new products or improve existing products.
  • Design and optimize product development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and implement product development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Guide and direct all product development for new products, product enhancements, and product redesign.
  • Provide feedback to leaders concerning timelines and various risks related to each new and different product.
  • Manage a team of writers, editors, designers, and other staff to develop new products.
  • Manage the development of new products from concept to production.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities that meet customer needs.
  • Review and approve product development requests, consulting with management upline when appropriate.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development to a team of 3 or more direct reports.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is recommended. Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and project management systems.
