Job Summary

Xpress Wellness Urgent Care is seeking a highly skilled HRIS & Operations Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role will play a critical part in supporting the decision-making process and optimizing HR and Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret human resources and operational data from various sources, including the HRIS system, Learning Management System, Applicant Tracking System, and Electronic Health Record system.
  • Maintain and enhance the usage of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and communicating features to maximize return on investment.
  • Integrate and communicate data between HR platforms, vendors, and technologies, primarily between HRIS and benefit carriers.
  • Stay up-to-date on all upgrades and new features of HR systems, communicating impact to users as needed.
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate people metrics and insights, as well as operational metrics.
  • Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure key data is represented accurately and effectively.
  • Function as project manager for implementation of upgrades and new projects.
  • Assist the Director of HR with the execution of internal and external audits.
  • Assist the COO with the analysis of clinic metrics and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist HR team members in navigating and troubleshooting all HR-related systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, finance, human resources, data, or computer science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.
  • Computer proficiency required, including experience with various software systems, including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and EMR.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively when analyzing and presenting data.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
